ScopeThe following terms and conditions apply to all orders via our online
shop by consumers and entrepreneurs.A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for
purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal
capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, acts in the exercise
of their commercial or independent professional activity.These terms and conditions also apply to future business relationships
with entrepreneurs, without us having to refer to them again. If the
entrepreneur uses conflicting or supplementary general terms and
conditions, their validity is hereby contradicted; they only become part
of the contract if we have expressly agreed to this.

Contractual partner, conclusion of contractThe purchase contract is concluded with TÄSLER - industrial packaging
(Rainer Täsler).The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a
legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. You can
initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and
correct your entries at any time before sending your binding order by
using the steps provided for this purpose in the ordering process and
use the explained correction aids. By clicking the order button, you
place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. The
receipt of your order is confirmed by email immediately after the order
has been sent and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We can
accept your order by sending a declaration of acceptance in a separate
email or by delivering the goods within 2 days.A binding contract can also be formed beforehand as follows:If you have chosen the PayPal payment method, the contract is
concluded at the time you confirm the payment instruction to PayPal.The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.We save the text of the contract and send you the order data and our
terms and conditions by email. You can also view and download the
General Terms and Conditions here on this page at any time. You can view
your past orders in our customer login.

Terms of Delivery
Shipping costs are added to the stated product prices. You can find out
more about the amount of shipping costs in the offers.In principle, you have the option of collecting the goods from
TÄSLER-IVP -, Letter Berg 102 -, 48653 Coesfeld-Lette -, Germany during
the following business hours: - Mon - Thurs 8.00 a.m. - 10.00 a.m.

Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:PayPal
You pay the invoice amount via the online provider Paypal. You must be
registered there or register first, identify yourself with your access
data and confirm the payment order to us. You'll get more information
during the ordering process.
If you choose the PayPal/Paypal Express payment method, an additional 0
percent of the purchase price will be incurred as costs.invoice

You can pay for your goods in cash or by card when you pick them up.In all cases, you will of course receive an invoice with VAT shown.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of cancellation as
described in the cancellation policy. Entrepreneurs are not granted a
voluntary right of withdrawal.

Retention of TitleThe goods remain our property until full payment.The following also applies to entrepreneurs: We reserve title to the
goods until all claims from an ongoing business relationship have been
settled in full. You may resell the reserved goods in the ordinary
course of business; You assign all claims arising from this resale to us
in advance - regardless of whether the reserved goods are combined or
mixed with a new item - in the amount of the invoice amount, and we
accept this assignment. You remain authorized to collect the claims, but
we may also collect claims ourselves if you do not meet your payment
obligations.
7. Damage in transitIf goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the deliverer as soon as possible and contact us immediately. The omission of a complaint or contact has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

Warranty and GuaranteesThe statutory liability for defects applies. Information on any
additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be
found with the product and on special information pages in the shop.Additional agreements (applies only to the purchase of accessories and
spare parts, except seals): The TÄSLER-IVP 3-year guaranteeIn addition to the statutory warranty obligation, we offer all consumers
the benefit of a guarantee for a total of 3 years from the transfer of
risk for all defects occurring during this period that can be proven to
be due to a material or manufacturing defect, taking into account the
following conditions.a) Are excluded from the guarantee

reasons.
- Frost damage and damage caused by improperly used chemicals.b) We further assume no guarantee for

repaired free of charge or replaced with a technically perfect product,
at our discretion. The replaced parts or products become the property of
TÄSLER - Industrial Packaging.
d) Warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. The return
of the products must be coordinated with us. We will either arrange for a
collection or send you a freeway ticket (only in Germany). The costs of
returning the goods outside of Germany are fully borne by the customer.
The original invoice or a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the
return as proof of the guarantee. Prepaid returns will not be accepted.e) If the goods have to be sent to an address outside of Germany after
the guarantee has been provided, the customer bears the costs of the
return shipment.f) Claims other than the right to rectification of defects in the
product specified in these guarantee conditions are not justified by
this guarantee.g) If the product is repaired during the warranty period, the warranty
period will neither be extended nor restarted, but will expire after the
agreed period of 3 years.h) Only the first purchaser is entitled to a warranty service and this
expires if the product is resold by the first customer. The guarantee is
not transferable. Note: We offer our customers the advantage of the
TÄSLER-IVP 3-year guarantee in addition to the statutory guarantee. The
statutory warranty and the exercise of the right of withdrawal for
consumers are in no way restricted by the TÄSLER-IVP 3-year guarantee.
9. Online Dispute Resolution

Final ProvisionsIf you are an entrepreneur, then German law applies to the exclusion of
the UN Sales Convention.If you are a merchant within the meaning of the Commercial Code, a legal
entity under public law or a special fund under public law, the
exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from
contractual relationships between us and you is our place of business.****
